"Mobilisado na ang lahat ng aming tauhan sa mga apektadong lugar at nag-deploy kami ng mga pulis mula sa Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB), Highway Patrol Group, at Special Action Force (SAF) upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng publiko. Naglagay din kami ng mga help desk at presensya ng pulisya sa lahat ng istasyon ng pulisya ng munisipyo sa Lupi, Ragay, at Sipocot, lalo na sa mga lugar na mataas ang posibilidad ng pagsisikip ng trapiko tulad ng mga pangunahing kalsada at interseksyon," aniya.
